Positive: This is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had. The price, location, the beautiful setting with the gardens, the freshly bakery treats delivered in the afternoon to your room, the breakfast set up which was available from the night before, in case you were leaving early. The breakfast room was accessible throughout with teas, coffees, water, fruit and ice. Michelle at reception was super friendly and helpful and we would love to come back here again!
Negative: NOTHING, it was the best hotel ever!

Positive: The flowers and bushes were so beautiful, the colors complimented each other beautifully. We loved how small, quaint, and family like feeling the Retreat has. Each day we were presented with fresh pastries on our door which was such a great touch! We hope to be back again.

Positive: The grounds were shady and lush. The shower was awesome. The ac was nice and quiet.
Negative: The breakfast was so so. They delivered pastries in the evening. Would have been nice to have in the morning or at least a microwave in the room to warm up for breakfast.

Positive: Loved everything about this retreat . Staff where wonderful and on arrival you got the best danish twist I have ever had . Also in the breakfast room you had 24 hour tea and coffee with snacks and fresh fruit . Restaurant on site with a lovely garden sitting area . Rooms are modern and very clean . Everything is close by .
Negative: It didn’t have a pool . But the river is walking distance from the retreat if u want to have swim .

Positive: Everything! The location was great, as there were nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. There was a park with kayaks right behind it, and you could walk to Hunter Springs park. The grounds were a tropical paradise. Every day, we got some of the best pastries I have ever had delivered to our door ( the dough was Belgian). The coffee in the morning was freshly ground. The owners were delightful! We will stay there any time we go to Crystal River!
